Pololu — electronics and robotics components for embedded systems

Pololu Robotics and Electronics is an American manufacturer based in Las Vegas, Nevada, which designs and builds its own electronic components for robotics and embedded systems. The company is known above all for dense, exceptionally well documented product families: motor drivers, switching regulators in step-down and step-up topologies, sensor carrier boards and the Maestro servo controller series. Engineers choose Pololu largely because every product ships with a detailed datasheet, schematics, precise dimensions and example code — which shortens the specification stage of an engineering project considerably — and because part numbers stay available for years.

What we supply from Pololu

  • Switching step-down regulators, for example the D24V series up to 5V/15A, for powering logic and companion computers from a battery source.
  • Sensor carrier modules: VL6180X time-of-flight distance sensors, LPS22DF pressure and altitude sensors, and MinIMU-9 v5 IMUs (LSM6DS33 + LIS3MDL).
  • Maxbotix MaxSonar ultrasonic rangefinders (LV-MaxSonar-EZ0, XL-MaxSonar-AE2).
  • Switching and actuation parts: RC switches with digital, MOSFET or relay output, isolated solid-state relays (SPST 30V/11A and 60V/7A), single- and dual-channel SPDT relay boards for 5VDC and 12VDC, and 4-channel servo multiplexers.
  • Motors and actuators: bipolar stepper motors at 200 steps/rev (including lead-screw versions 18cm and 38cm long), compact Sanyo motors, FEETECH high-torque servos and Torxis servos.
  • Support parts: snap-action switches with various lever arms, 400-point breadboards with mounting holes and wiring kits.

Who it is for

  • Academic research labs building experimental robotic platforms that need documented parts they can source again later in the project.
  • Embedded systems developers who need stable, efficient voltage regulation from a varying battery source.
  • Mobile robots and UGVs requiring motor control, distance measurement for collision avoidance and inertial navigation.
  • Test rigs and point automation on production lines, where loads are switched through relays or isolated solid-state switching.

Anyuno supplies Pololu products in Israel and stocks a broad selection of the catalogue. We are glad to support you technically before purchase — selecting a regulator for your load, matching a sensor to the measurement range you need, or choosing a stepper motor by torque and step angle. Warranty claims are handled by us with the manufacturer. For enquiries and quotations: sales@anyuno.com
