Welcome to Anyuno, operated by Lonsher LTD (Israeli company no. 516343910), HaSadna Street 11, Ra'anana 4365006, Israel. By accessing or purchasing from www.anyuno.com you agree to the following terms.

1. General conditions

By using our site you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our reasonable discretion, including where an order appears fraudulent or where a product is unavailable.

2. Product information

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, prices, images, and specifications are accurate. Should an error occur, we reserve the right to correct it and to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund. All items are subject to availability; if an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you and offer a full refund or a suitable alternative.

All products sold by Anyuno are new and genuine, sourced from manufacturers or authorized distributors.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices on the Israeli storefront are displayed in New Israeli Shekels (ILS) and include VAT where applicable. Customers in other regions may see prices in their local currency; the charged amount and currency are confirmed at checkout.

We accept secure payments through Shopify's supported payment gateways. Payment details are processed by the gateway and are not stored on our servers.

4. Shipping and delivery

All orders ship from our warehouse in Israel. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are set out in full in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or events outside our control.

5. Returns and refunds

Your cancellation and return rights are set out in full in our Returns and Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Warranty

Products may be covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Terms vary by brand and product and are stated on the product page. Statutory consumer rights under Israeli law are not affected by these terms.

7. Safe and lawful use

Many of the products we sell, including drones, radio transmitters, lithium batteries, and heating components, are subject to safety regulations and, in some jurisdictions, licensing or registration requirements. You are responsible for using products in accordance with the manufacturer's safety instructions and applicable local law, including civil aviation and radio-frequency regulations.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under Israeli law.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including logos, images, text, and product descriptions, is the property of Anyuno / Lonsher LTD or its suppliers, and may not be reproduced without permission. Third-party brand names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

10. Import taxes, duties, and compliance

For international orders, customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, customs clearance, and for verifying that the products comply with local laws, technical standards, and certification requirements in the destination country before ordering. Anyuno is not responsible for additional charges, delays, or regulatory issues arising from customs or regulatory authorities in the destination country.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its effective date. Changes do not apply retroactively to orders already placed.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
