מדיניות משלוחים
כל ההזמנות נשלחות מהמחסן שלנו בישראל. אין לנו מחסן במדינה אחרת, וכל פריט נארז ונשלח מרעננה.
משלוחים בתוך ישראל
- זמן טיפול: הזמנות שמתקבלות עד השעה 14:00 בימים א'-ה' נארזות ויוצאות בדרך כלל תוך יום עסקים אחד. פריטים בהזמנה מיוחדת עשויים להימשך זמן רב יותר ונעדכן אותך במייל.
- זמן משלוח: 1-4 ימי עסקים לרוב היעדים בארץ, בהתאם לשירות שנבחר בקופה.
- עלויות משלוח: מחושבות בקופה לפי משקל ויעד. אין מסים או מכסים נוספים על הזמנות בתוך ישראל.
משלוחים בינלאומיים
- אנו שולחים לרוב מדינות העולם באמצעות UPS, DHL ודואר ישראל בינלאומי. האפשרויות והמחירים ליעד שלך מוצגים בקופה.
- זמן טיפול: 1-3 ימי עסקים.
- זמן משלוח משוער: 3-10 ימי עסקים באקספרס (UPS/DHL); 10-25 ימי עסקים בדואר רשום. זמנים אלה הם הערכת חברת השילוח ואינם מובטחים.
- מכס, מסים ואגרות יבוא: אינם כלולים במחיר ואינם נגבים על ידינו. הם באחריות הלקוח ונגבים על ידי רשויות המכס במדינת היעד.
מעקב
ברגע שההזמנה יוצאת נשלח אליך מייל עם מספר מעקב. אם לא קיבלת אותו תוך 3 ימי עסקים, פנה אלינו ל-sales@anyuno.com.
עיכובים ומשלוחים אבודים
אם המשלוח מתעכב משמעותית או אבד בדרך, פנה אלינו ואנו נפתח בירור מול חברת השילוח ונדאג להחלפה או להחזר כספי מלא.
Shipping Policy
All orders ship from our warehouse in Israel. We do not operate a warehouse in any other country. Every item is packed and dispatched from Ra'anana, Israel.
Domestic shipping (Israel)
- Handling time: Orders placed before 14:00, Sunday to Thursday, are typically packed and dispatched within 1 business day. Special-order items may take longer and we will notify you by email.
- Delivery time: 1-4 business days to most destinations in Israel, depending on the service selected at checkout.
- Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. No import taxes or duties apply to domestic orders.
International shipping
- We ship worldwide via UPS, DHL, and Israel Post international services. Available options and rates for your destination are shown at checkout.
- Handling time: 1-3 business days.
- Estimated delivery: 3-10 business days with express services (UPS/DHL); 10-25 business days with registered post. These are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.
- Customs, duties and import taxes: Not included in the price and not collected by us. They are the responsibility of the customer and are charged by the customs authority in the destination country.
Tracking
Once your order ships we email you a tracking number. If you have not received it within 3 business days, contact sales@anyuno.com.
Delays and lost parcels
If a shipment is significantly delayed or lost in transit, contact us. We will open an investigation with the carrier and resolve it with either a replacement or a full refund.
