Refund & Returns Policy

At AnyUno, we specialize in professional-grade electronics, drones, 3D printers, and components.
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, except in specific cases outlined below.


No Returns & No Refunds

We do not accept returns or issue refunds as a standard policy.
Orders cannot be cancelled or returned once shipped.

Refunds or returns are only considered by exception and solely at our discretion.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not functioning as intended (DOA):

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Please email sales@anyuno.com

  • Include:

    • Order number

    • Clear photos and/or a short video showing the issue

Once reviewed, we may offer, at our discretion:

  • A replacement

  • A repair

  • Or a refund (only if replacement or repair is not possible)


Special Customer Requests

In rare cases, we may approve a return or refund based on a special customer request.
Such approvals are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis only.


Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are confirmed to be defective or damaged on arrival.
Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery and require prior approval.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Digital products or software licenses

  • Opened consumables (filament, resin, chemicals, batteries)

  • Items marked as NCNR (Non-Cancelable, Non-Returnable)

  • Custom, special-order, or built-to-order products

  • Hazardous or regulated materials

  • Sale or clearance items


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
In approved defective cases, replacement shipping will be covered by us.
