מדיניות ביטול, החזרות והחזרים

זכות הביטול שלך
אנו פועלים בהתאם לחוק הגנת הצרכן, התשמ"א-1981 ולתקנות הגנת הצרכן (ביטול עסקה), התשע"א-2010.
ניתן לבטל עסקה ולהחזיר מוצר תוך 14 ימים ממועד קבלת המוצר, בתנאי שלא נעשה בו שימוש, הוא לא נפגם, והוא מוחזר באריזתו המקורית עם כל האביזרים והתיעוד.
- ההחזר הכספי יבוצע תוך 14 ימי עסקים מקבלת המוצר אצלנו, לאותו אמצעי תשלום שבו בוצעה הרכישה.
- עלות המשלוח החוזר חלה על הלקוח, אלא אם המוצר הגיע פגום, לא תקין או שגוי.
- בהתאם לתקנות, אנו רשאים לגבות דמי ביטול של עד 5% ממחיר המוצר או 100 שקל, הנמוך מביניהם.
מוצר פגום, לא תקין או שגוי
אם המוצר הגיע פגום, אינו פועל, או שקיבלת פריט שונה ממה שהזמנת:
- הודע לנו תוך 7 ימים מקבלת המשלוח בדוא"ל sales@anyuno.com.
- צרף את מספר ההזמנה ותמונות או סרטון קצר שממחישים את התקלה.
- אנו נציע החלפה, תיקון או החזר כספי מלא, לבחירתך. עלות המשלוח לשני הכיוונים תחול עלינו.
אחריות יצרן
מוצרים רבים בקטלוג מכוסים באחריות יצרן. תקופת האחריות ותנאיה משתנים בין מותג למותג ומצוינים בדף המוצר. לטיפול בקריאת אחריות פנה אלינו ל-sales@anyuno.com ואנו נלווה את התהליך מול היצרן.
פריטים שאינם ניתנים להחזרה
בהתאם לתקנות הגנת הצרכן, זכות הביטול אינה חלה על:
- מוצרים דיגיטליים ורישיונות תוכנה שסופקו או הופעלו
- חומרים מתכלים שנפתחו (פילמנט, שרף, כימיקלים)
- סוללות ליתיום שנפתחו או הופעלו, מטעמי בטיחות ותקנות הובלה
- מוצרים שיוצרו או הורכבו במיוחד עבור הלקוח לפי הזמנה אישית
- חומרים מסוכנים או מפוקחים
פריטים אלה מסומנים בבירור בדף המוצר לפני הרכישה.
לקוחות עסקיים ומוסדיים
עבור הזמנות B2B, רכש מוסדי והזמנות מיוחדות, תנאי הביטול נקבעים בהצעת המחיר או בהזמנת הרכש. לפרטים: sales@anyuno.com
איך מבצעים החזרה
- שלח מייל ל-sales@anyuno.com עם מספר ההזמנה וסיבת ההחזרה.
- נאשר את הבקשה ונשלח הוראות החזרה תוך יום עסקים אחד.
- שלח את המוצר לכתובת שנמסור לך.
- עם קבלת המוצר ובדיקתו נבצע את ההחזר הכספי.

Returns and Refunds Policy

Your right to cancel
You may cancel your order and return a product within 14 days of receiving it, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
- Refunds are issued within 14 business days of us receiving the returned item, to the original payment method.
- Return shipping is at the customer's expense, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- A cancellation fee of up to 5% of the product price, or 100 ILS (whichever is lower), may apply, as permitted under Israeli consumer protection regulations.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, does not work, or is not what you ordered:
- Contact sales@anyuno.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and photos or a short video showing the issue.
- We will offer a replacement, a repair, or a full refund, your choice. We cover shipping both ways.
Manufacturer warranty
Many products in our catalog are covered by a manufacturer warranty. Terms and duration vary by brand and are stated on the product page. Contact sales@anyuno.com and we will handle the warranty claim with the manufacturer on your behalf.
Non-returnable items
The right of cancellation does not apply to:
- Digital products and software licenses already delivered or activated
- Opened consumables (filament, resin, chemicals)
- Opened or activated lithium batteries, for safety and transport-regulation reasons
- Custom-made or built-to-order products
- Hazardous or regulated materials
These items are clearly marked on the product page before purchase.
Business and institutional customers
For B2B orders, institutional procurement, and special orders, cancellation terms are set out in the quotation or purchase order. Contact sales@anyuno.com.
How to make a return
- Email sales@anyuno.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We confirm and send return instructions within one business day.
- Ship the item to the address we provide.
- Once received and inspected, we issue your refund.
