9V, 5A Step-Down Voltage Regulator D36V50F9

A synchronous buck regulator that converts inputs from about 9.9 V up to 50 V into a fixed 9 V output at up to 5 A depending on input voltage. Typical efficiency is 85–95%, and a power-save mode with ultrasonic operation keeps light-load efficiency high without audible switching noise. Integrated protection covers reverse-voltage, over- and under-voltage, over-current, short-circuit and thermal shutdown, with soft-start limiting inrush. An enable input drops the board into low-power sleep and a power-good output signals regulation status.
