Pololu Ideal Diode Reverse Voltage Protector, 4-60V, 10A

A tiny protection module that guards a load against reverse voltages down to −60 V with far less voltage drop than a conventional diode. It uses a TI LM74700-Q1 ideal-diode controller driving an N-channel MOSFET with under 10 mΩ on-resistance, blocking reverse current from output back to input. Rated for roughly 10 A continuous with brief surges to 30 A, operating from 4 V to 60 V (and continuing to work down to 3.2 V once started).
